Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to deliver holistic patient care and ensure continuity of treatment.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation through electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Connecticut.
