This position is a fully remote role, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while benefiting from our collaborative team structure. You'll engage in a supportive and flexible work schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adjustments based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools to identify the needs of each patient and develop tailored, effective treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, groups, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering an environment of community and learning among participants dealing with similar mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.

• Address mental health crises by providing immediate intervention services and support when patients are in distress.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and the treatment options available, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure quality patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients come from a rich diversity of backgrounds and experiences, with a wide range of mental health concerns. You will work with clients dealing with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Your ability to understand and respect different cultural perspectives will be vital in providing effective and personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundation in mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrable experience conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Expertise in delivering individual and group therapy for a diverse clientele.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
