Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ goals, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients, applying a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize teletherapy to execute virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility to therapy for clients across various locations.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, showing responsiveness and adaptability during high-pressure situations to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training sessions and workshops, to stay informed on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients who present a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Your expertise will empower them to work through their difficulties, facilitate healing, and improve their overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated superior communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients to create a trusting therapeutic environment.

• A strong disposition towards compassion, empathy, and maintaining a non-judgmental stance in client interactions.
