This full-time position primarily focuses on addressing the mental health needs of patients in a telehealth setting, providing support for those experiencing complex medical and psychiatric issues.

Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote telehealth setting, allowing flexibility while maintaining high-quality care standards. As part of our integrated care team, you will work closely with psychiatrists, medical doctors, and other healthcare providers to deliver cohesive treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs. Our scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with patients experiencing a range of co-occurring disorders, including those impacted by chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Understanding the diverse challenges these patients face is crucial, as it allows for a nuanced approach that respects their individual experiences and promotes holistic healing.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
