Work Environment\n

This position is a full-time role primarily conducted in a remote setting, complemented by occasional activities at our outpatient office. As a therapist, you will handle a manageable caseload of approximately twenty-eight clients per week, ensuring you provide them with high-quality, individualized care while maintaining your own professional wellness. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify each client's unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with them.

• Lead individual, couples, or group therapy sessions applying evidence-based interventions to promote mental health goals.

• Collaborate with colleagues during regular team meetings to share insights and best practices, enhancing overall client care.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Educate clients on coping strategies and other resources that help maintain their mental health outside of therapy sessions.

• Ensure that all clinical documentation is accurate and in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and obtaining certifications relevant to your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting the expertise and commitment you bring to your role.
