Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as necessary to evaluate client needs and inform treatment processes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans aimed at enhancing client engagement and recovery.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to support the clinic’s operational excellence.
\n
• Serve as a liaison for local service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance client support and program visibility.
\n
• Establish and maintain open lines of communication within the team and community to promote our mission and ensure contract compliance.
\n
• Identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities through building relationships with local and state agencies.
\n
• Prioritize professional development by attending relevant workshops, conferences, and statewide meetings.
\n
• Promote the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions with staff and clients.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with various mental health issues, substance use disorders, and those in need of developmental and cognitive support. You will leverage a person-centered approach to empower clients through therapeutic interventions, ensuring that each individual's unique needs and challenges are addressed with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Possession of an Independent LMHC License issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
