Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, providing you with flexibility while allowing you to maintain a strong connection with our patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, in a supportive and innovative atmosphere that encourages professional growth. Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some opportunity for scheduling flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide evidence-based interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, offering patients a sense of community and shared understanding regarding common mental health issues.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a team of mental health professionals, ensuring coordinated care and comprehensive support for patients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services and support during emergencies, applying your skills in a calm and effective manner.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and how to access community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and professional development activities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Stay updated with contemporary research and advancements in mental health therapy to provide the highest level of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to impact the lives of children, adolescents, adults, and families, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique cultural and emotional needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

• Demonstrable knowledge of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic strategies.

• Experience with conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing strategic treatment plans.

• Ability to deliver both individual and group therapy effectively to diverse populations.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills paired with sound professional judgment and ethical standards.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a clinical outpatient setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and experience in crisis intervention would be advantageous. Candidates who have previously worked with specific populations, such as children or those experiencing substance use disorders, will be given preference.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
