Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapy modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Actively engage in crisis intervention and provide immediate support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to deliver comprehensive care tailored to the needs of clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources to facilitate informed decision-making and advocacy.

• Commit to ongoing personal and professional development through workshops, seminars, and continued education opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a solid foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
