Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs. This includes formulating clinical diagnoses based on standardized tools and creating personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals.

• Provide therapeutic services in formats including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches as appropriate.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and empathetic support to de-escalate situations effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. This includes documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and updates to facilitate ongoing care.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health specialists, promoting comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment protocols, and community resources available to them, empowering them to advocate for their own needs.

Qualifications\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
