Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs, including crisis planning and behavior support strategies.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress according to regulatory standards, ensuring that records are kept updated and accurate.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with clinical teams to provide effective interventions.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans, ensuring that client goals are met through proactive strategies.

• Engage in ongoing participation in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure that the center meets all local and state compliance requirements.

• Act as a liaison among clients, family members, and community resources, facilitating access to necessary services and support systems.

• Foster open communication with team members and community partners to promote joint initiatives and enhance service delivery.

• Build relationships with relevant agencies to identify new opportunities for collaboration, funding, and program expansion.

• Pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities, including attending conferences and participating in community discussions related to best practices in mental health.

As an LMHC at Active Life Psychiatric Center, you will work with diverse patient populations experiencing challenges related to emotional health, substance use, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Active LMHC license issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
