Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a liaison with service systems, state agencies, and community partners to promote integrated care approaches for clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with local and state agencies to identify new funding opportunities, partnerships, and program enhancements.

• Commit to ongoing personal and professional development, attending workshops, conferences, and community meetings to further expertise in mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMHC, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with emotional difficulties, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries.
