Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while maintaining a strong commitment to patient care. Our telehealth facility is designed to provide a seamless virtual experience for both therapists and patients, ensuring effective communication and consistency in treatment. You will work primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at creating a safe space for individuals to share experiences, learn from one another, and foster a sense of community.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated and comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of patient well-being are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health issues, demonstrating your ability to handle emergencies and offer immediate support.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, promoting understanding and empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist.

• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health disorders using evidence-based methodologies.

• Exceptional skills in conducting mental health assessments and developing tailored treatment strategies.
\n
• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy services to a wide array of populations.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport and connection with clients and colleagues alike.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, ethical integrity, and sound clinical judgment.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems as well as comfort with various digital communication platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is preferred, given the virtual setting of our practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
