Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to assess the mental health and substance abuse needs of clients, ensuring their unique challenges and histories are considered.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, adjusting strategies as necessary to reflect client progress.

• Provide engaging and therapeutic individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to different client needs, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coordinators to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

• Participate actively in case reviews and treatment planning meetings, bringing valuable insights and feedback to the table.

• Deliver crisis intervention services promptly and effectively, supporting clients during critical moments and connecting them with appropriate resources.
