Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual and group therapy using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Utilize the digital alliance scale (session rating scale) in every session to gauge client progress and satisfaction.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in compliance with company policies.

• Engage actively in weekly consultations with colleagues, including a psychologist and attorney, to foster continuous learning and enhance therapeutic techniques.

• Oversee the onboarding of new patients, ensuring a smooth transition into therapy.

• Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to grow the patient base while managing an existing caseload of motivated clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• A current license to practice in the state of Washington as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in direct clinical practice, with a demonstrated capacity for providing effective psychotherapy.

• Availability to schedule and manage up to 33 patient hours per week.

• A willingness to participate in weekly in-person consultations and contribute actively to team development and culture.

• Previous experience in a private practice or group practice setting.
