Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse history, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the needs of our clientele.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide integrated care, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive support tailored to their specific conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on pre-screened clients who present low acuity mental health concerns. This specific demographic allows you to apply your therapeutic skills effectively and make a significant impact on improving their mental well-being. We prioritize clients who are seeking support for anxiety, relationship challenges, and other prevalent mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as either an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC required.

• A proven track record of at least 2 years in providing effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth setting.

• Demonstrated ability to engage meaningfully with adolescents and young adults within the therapy context.

• Advanced proficiency in using technology including telehealth platforms, Electronic Health Records (EHRs), and general software applications such as Google Suite.

Compensation and Benefits\n
