Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Vatica Counseling Center, you will undertake a variety of crucial responsibilities aimed at enhancing client outcomes:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and progress.

• Participate in crisis intervention, quickly analyzing situations to provide immediate resources and referrals.

• Collaborate with patients’ families, healthcare providers, insurers, and community resources to guarantee holistic care.

• Facilitate treatment modifications as required, responding to changes in patient conditions and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field, earned from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, Vatica Counseling Center offers an attractive sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 for new hires. Our benefits include:
