Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will:

• Engage in client sessions using feedback scales, specifically the Digital Alliance Scale, to continuously improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Conduct regular consultations with colleagues, offering case discussions, sharing professional experiences, and seeking guidance as needed to enhance clinical skills.

• Manage a patient caseload of approximately 20-25 clients each week, accounting for potential cancellations and scheduling flexibility.

• Participate in diligent onboarding procedures for new clients, ensuring they experience an inclusive and supportive entrance into the therapeutic process.

• Follow established company protocols regarding scheduling, documentation, fee collection, and client transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical expertise will primarily serve clients seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.
