Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting intake assessments and evaluations for new patients, developing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and needs.
\n
• Providing individual, group, or family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate positive client outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Participating in weekly collaborative consultations with colleagues, sharing insights and discussing case progress to enhance treatment effectiveness.
\n
• Employing the digital alliance scale (session rating scale) in each session to measure therapeutic progress and client feedback.
\n
• Managing a caseload of motivated patients and maintaining a minimum of 33 patient hours per week to meet organizational objectives and sustain positive patient outcomes.

• Adhering to company policies regarding scheduling, fee collection, and patient onboarding to ensure a streamlined therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinicians work with a diverse range of clients, from adolescents to adults, each facing unique challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Emphasizing a client-centered approach, you will engage with individuals who are eager to implement positive changes and benefit from structured therapeutic methodologies. Our streamlined referral and onboarding process ensures that you connect with individuals who are committed to their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant mental health field.

• A current State of Washington license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant counseling experience.
\n
• Availability to schedule 33 patient hours per week, accommodating client needs and cancellations.

• Dedication to participating in weekly consultations and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration within the team.
