Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate, client-centered therapy to individuals, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet specific client needs.

• Maintain a caseload of motivated clients, with the goal of scheduling 33 patient hours each week to achieve optimal service delivery.
\n
• Engage in weekly consultations with our team, sharing insights and feedback on case management, personal experiences, and best practices.
\n
• Utilize the digital alliance scale (session rating scale) for each session to track client progress and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
\n
• Follow company policies on scheduling, charting, fee collection, onboarding new patients, and formal case termination.

Our ideal clinician will be comfortable working with individuals from different cultural backgrounds and with varying levels of treatment engagement. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field (social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology).

• A current, valid license in the State of Washington as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling.

• Availability to manage patient scheduling to meet the demands of the caseload, even accommodating for potential cancellations.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with Deliberate Practice methodologies or a comparable approach that focuses on the continuous improvement of clinical skills.

• Familiarity with behavioral therapy models and the ability to integrate these into sessions to provide effective care.

• Prior experience in a group practice setting may be advantageous but is not required.
