Work Environment\n

This role provides the unique flexibility of working remotely while being part of a cohesive outpatient office environment. Our therapists work collaboratively, sharing insights and best practices to deliver quality care. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient scheduling needs and emergencies. This position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of accessibility and responsiveness to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' conditions, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored specifically to meet the diverse cultural backgrounds and individual needs of patients.

• Facilitate various therapy formats, including individual, family, and group sessions, to effectively address mental health challenges and foster resilience in clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, remaining calm and effective during mental health emergencies while assisting patients in distress.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
