Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to develop an accurate understanding of each client's situation.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries, while adhering to clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate holistic care plans and guarantee continuity of care for patients.

Qualifications\n
