Regular work hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, ensuring a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand and evaluate clients' mental health needs, including intake interviews and diagnostic evaluations.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals, preferences, and unique circumstances, ensuring both effectiveness and personalization.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic interventions to promote healing.

• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams consisting of psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and engaging in regular documentation practices.

• Participate in clinical supervision, case reviews, and ongoing professional development to enhance both personal and team competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving clients struggling with addiction and substance misuse, including those facing trauma, emotional crises, and suicidal ideation. You will be instrumental in implementing urgent support services, such as immediate crisis intervention and emotional crisis management, to address varying degrees of mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license is mandatory to practice in this role.
