Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, capitalizing on modern technology to connect counselors with clients. You will have the flexibility to work from your preferred location while maintaining structured hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring that individualized care plans are developed based on their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to create and implement customized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and recovery journey.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques to address various mental health and addiction concerns.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams to formulate a comprehensive approach to client care, ensuring that interventions are cohesive and multidisciplinary.

• Maintain confidential and secure electronic client records in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines, promoting trust and respect within the therapeutic relationship.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals facing addiction and emotional crises. We serve a diverse client base, including young adults, families, and individuals from various cultural backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges. The counselor will play a vital role in trauma intervention, emotional crisis management, and suicide prevention efforts, contributing directly to improved outcomes for those in distress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license to practice in Florida is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
