Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify and evaluate clients' mental health needs and addiction severity.

• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and recovery journey.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing tailored therapeutic interventions that respect clients' diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to guarantee holistic care, including regular case conference presentations to share client progress and refine treatment approaches.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients facing addiction-related challenges, including substance use disorders and behavioral addictions. Many clients may also experience co-occurring issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. You will be providing immediate support to individuals in distress, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and empowered in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• An independent LMHC license in the state of Florida is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
