Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that outline clear goals and interventions tailored to clients’ unique circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, case managers, and other team members to provide seamless care and support.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops that promote shared understanding and healing among clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
