This role offers a unique remote work environment, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while also having the opportunity to engage with clients in-person at our community health clinic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing trust and positive working relationships while upholding professional ethics and maintaining boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, monitoring their progress and stability, scheduling follow-ups, and discharging clients when appropriate.
\n
• Create, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Keep thorough documentation, including progress notes and client records, to ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices in mental health care.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and identify pertinent issues that may require intervention.
\n
• Engage in both individual supervision and collaborative sessions with their peers to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
\n
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver integrated care that addresses the comprehensive needs of clients.

• Approach each client interaction with a growth mindset, consistently seeking to improve therapeutic techniques and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on youth who are facing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding adolescents through their struggles by employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific situations, helping them forge a path toward resilience and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Strong proficiency in documentation and reporting, with the ability to efficiently utilize electronic health record systems and basic computer skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or populations dealing with substance abuse.

• Prior experience conducting assessments, diagnoses, and facilitating individual or group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
