Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, identifying their strengths and needs.

• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Consistently monitor and document clients’ progress in therapy, actively adjusting treatment strategies based on their evolving needs.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to appropriate mental health services and community resources, promoting their overall wellbeing.

• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by relevant state licensing boards and professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families dealing with various mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your empathetic approach will greatly assist clients in understanding their emotional needs while navigating the complexities of modern life. You will be instrumental in helping clients rediscover their purpose and achieve emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Proficient understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
