Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead dynamic and engaging group therapy sessions that encourage sharing, connection, and peer support among participants.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Provide compassionate one-on-one counseling sessions, empowering clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while developing personalized coping strategies.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and needs, ensuring a client-centered approach to mental health care.

• Monitor Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on young adults (ages 18-30) facing mental health issues. You will work primarily in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) designed for individuals in need of intensive support. Your role will empower clients to overcome obstacles, sustain their recovery, and unlock their potential within a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current LPC licensure in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy toward clients.

• Experience working with young adults in mental health settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
