Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that evaluate patients’ psychological, social, and emotional well-being, identifying specific risk factors and treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized therapeutic care plans that align with each patient’s unique circumstances, emotional states, and treatment goals.

• Provide evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and other relevant therapies to enhance patient coping mechanisms and emotional health.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions that promote personal growth, emotional resilience, and effective communication skills among patients and their families.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and chaplains, to create a holistic approach to patient care that encompasses all aspects of well-being.

Qualifications\n
