Key Responsibilities\nAs a Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in the following responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand patient needs and create effective, individualized treatment plans by utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused strategies. \n
- Administer therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness strategies, tailored to meet the specific requirements of diverse patients. \n

- Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, providing coordinated care that encompasses various dimensions of patient health. \n

Your work will primarily take place within our hospice center, focusing on patients coping with severe mental health challenges, including those dealing with grief and loss. You will interact with a diverse demographic that includes individuals from different backgrounds, ages, and life experiences. Your expertise will guide them not only in managing their mental health needs but also in finding peace and stability during transitional life moments.
Qualifications\nTo be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona. \n
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy and mental health treatment. \n
