Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to provide therapy from your home office while maintaining a connection with the outpatient team. You will work primarily from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling necessary to meet patient needs. Our outpatient office emphasizes collaboration through regular virtual meetings and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments that capture each patient's unique experiences and backgrounds.

• Create tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, considering the cultural nuances that affect patient care.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address mental health challenges, bolster resilience, and enhance overall well-being.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, guiding patients through challenging situations.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and available community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation according to legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage actively in case conferences and cultural competency training sessions to enhance therapeutic practices across the organization.

The patients you will serve encompass a broad range of backgrounds. Your work will significantly impact individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, and you'll contribute to cultural competence that strengthens trust and outcomes in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, alongside a commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

• Demonstrated experience delivering individual and group therapy, employing culturally responsive and inclusive strategies.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with an ability to maintain composure during high-stress situations.
