This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote work, providing mental health therapy and support exclusively through a Hospice Center setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic approaches to each client's cultural background and specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitoring client progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to create coordinated care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning for clients in acute situations.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and link them with necessary community resources, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.

• Participate in community engagement initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and advocating for resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
