Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients both in the office and within the community, offering dynamic and empathetic support to those experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Establish trust and a positive rapport with clients while working sensitively and respectfully within diverse populations, acknowledging and valuing various traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring seamless access to various health services and resources.

• Perform comprehensive screenings, both brief and detailed, making informed decisions on the necessity for further assessments when needed.

• Provide a spectrum of prevention, treatment, and recovery services, ensuring client goals and preferences are at the forefront of treatment approaches.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address the presenting issues and support overall client recovery.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, demonstrating skillful responsiveness to urgent situations.

• Monitor client care processes, including admission procedures, continued stay evaluations, and discharge planning, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Complete all documentation and reporting requirements promptly and accurately to support operational standards and client care.
