Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment strategies that address their goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a safe space for clients to share experiences and learn coping strategies.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care, particularly during complex cases that require collective insights.

• Provide crisis intervention services to assist clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and follow-up care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources to empower informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and corresponding evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy, utilizing approaches tailored to meet the diverse needs of the population served.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical mental health setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
