Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapeutic services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans to track client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of client sessions via our electronic medical record system, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies for improving client outcomes.

• Uphold ethical standards as outlined by licensing boards and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.

• Assist clients in identifying and accessing supplemental social or financial resources when needed.

• Adhere to a regular work schedule defined by your supervisor while managing a designated caseload that supports timely and effective service delivery.

• Maintain current licensure in the state of Oregon, ensuring all professional credentials, CPR, and First Aid certifications are up to date.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or a doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent licensure in Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

Compensation and Benefits\n
