Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while engaging with patients through secure virtual platforms. Although you’ll work primarily from home, you will be an integral part of our outpatient office team, collaborating closely with other mental health professionals to provide holistic care tailored to individual patient needs. You will maintain a work schedule from Monday to Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Stay abreast of recent research, trends, and methodologies in the field of mental health to continually enrich your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice is dedicated to serving individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. You will work primarily with patients who may face unique mental health challenges related to their identities as ethnic minorities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, or individuals from immigrant backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural competency practices is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy sessions in a culturally responsive manner.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage stressful situations effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and patient management.

• A commitment to upholding ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality, and exercising professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
