Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients with substance abuse issues and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments as well as ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices while ensuring goals are aligned with clients’ personal recovery journeys.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while managing minimal paperwork to prioritize direct clinical engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on supporting adult and adolescent clients navigating substance use concerns along with psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. With a personalized approach to therapy, you will not only help clients address their symptoms but also focus on reinforcing their strengths, enhancing coping strategies, and optimizing their overall mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• A current, active license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical or mental health setting is required.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, along with potential bonuses.
