Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage proactively with clients to develop therapeutic relationships and assess their mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and crisis alerts that coordinate with county crisis services, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.

• Facilitate seamless transitions for clients within programs, including coordination with hospital staff during discharges and inpatient service transfers.

• Provide flexible scheduling to accommodate client availability while managing a high caseload with efficiency and insight.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, each requiring tailored approaches to treatment that promote resilience and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active and unrestricted professional license in Oregon: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills to support effective therapy and team collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, based on your experience and caseload.
