You'll work standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient's psychological state and develop personalized treatment strategies.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to facilitate healing and growth.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing emotional concerns, encouraging personal development, and enhancing clients’ coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Assist clients during crises by providing immediate support and intervention to navigate mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and trauma-informed care practices.

• Proficiency in performing comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

• Experience leading both individual and group therapy, with familiarity in multiple therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
