Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of all ages, addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Collaboratively create and implement client-centered treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices and measurable outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients in immediate emotional distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and resources available within the community.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress documentation, and results, in compliance with ethical and legal obligations.

• Adeptly adhere to ethical guidelines and state regulations related to counseling practices, ensuring the highest standard of care and confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three years of direct experience in outpatient mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, reflecting the experience and expertise of the successful candidate. We also offer a sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.
