Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and establish baseline information necessary for treatment planning.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans, incorporating specific therapeutic interventions and measurable goals to support clients' progress in therapy.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques to drive positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population consisting of adults experiencing a broad range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach and effective communication will play a significant role in fostering trust and facilitating successful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients effectively, coupled with a strong sense of empathy and a non-judgmental disposition.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to maintain an efficient caseload and meet treatment goals.

• A clean professional history with no disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience\n
