Work Environment\n

As a remote member of our outpatient team, you will have the flexibility to manage your work schedule while working closely with fellow mental health professionals. Our core working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some slight flexibility to accommodate the scheduling needs of our patients. You will utilize contemporary technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain communication and documentation, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of post-master's experience in providing mental health counseling. Experience in a remote work setting and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms will be greatly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
