Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique needs and goals of each client seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address specific client challenges.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions employing techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to facilitate client understanding and engagement in their recovery process.

• Lead group therapy sessions, encouraging peer support and shared experiences to enhance recovery efforts and reduce isolation.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and addiction medicine specialists, to provide integrated and coordinated client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during substance-related emergencies, ensuring client safety and emotional support.

• Educate clients and their families on addiction recovery strategies and available community resources, promoting informed choices throughout the healing journey.

• Maintain comprehensive and detailed documentation that meets legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and adherence to organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
