Barwon Mental and Behavioral Services is seeking passionate Mental Health Therapists, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), to join our dedicated team. This full-time remote position allows you to provide critical mental health services to a diverse patient population from the comfort of your home or our outpatient office in Kent, Washington.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to systematically identify patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational groups and support sessions that address common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and holistic care for each patient.

• Offer crisis intervention and support services to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective responses.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Washington state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and create effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy, particularly to diverse populations is preferred.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a sign-on bonus, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
