Work Environment\n

Our mental health services are offered in a fully remote outpatient format, allowing for flexibility and convenience for both clients and therapists. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, directly interacting with clients through teletherapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients' mental health, identifying individual stressors, challenges, and personal goals.

• Design and deliver mindfulness-based interventions, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Guide clients through various mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and effective breathing strategies aimed at improving self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on stress management, resilience-building, and mindfulness practices.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to integrate mindfulness into individual therapy sessions, effectively addressing clients' mental health concerns.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
