Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to accurately identify concerns and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and closely monitor their progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to the treatment plan as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and therapeutic progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current, valid license in the state of Washington as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship with a diverse array of clients.

• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental stance toward clients’ experiences.

• Possess well-honed organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective case management and timely completion of administrative responsibilities.
