The role is designed to be performed remotely, allowing our therapists to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing care to our patients. Our outpatient office resources are accessible online, ensuring that you will have the tools necessary to thrive in your role. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient availability and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to understand patients' individual needs and formulate personalized treatment strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to a diverse clientele including individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, allowing patients to connect with others experiencing similar challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and clinical psychologists, to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and guidance during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients on mental health topics, treatment options, and connect them with local resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate and secure patient records, adhering to legal and ethical standards for documentation.

• Participate in professional development opportunities, case consultations, and team meetings to improve service delivery.

• Regularly review and integrate the latest research findings in mental health therapy into practice.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York state.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

• Ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations in both individual and group settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

• Comfortable utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other technology to support practice management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
