Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of patients experiencing mental health challenges in conjunction with chronic medical conditions. This includes individuals battling substance use disorders, those living with chronic pain, and patients dealing with complex psychological issues. Your role is crucial in helping them navigate these challenges and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrable experience in treating clients with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Proficient understanding of ethical guidelines and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Preferred Experience\n
