Staff members enjoy a regular workweek from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities\n

• Your primary responsibility is to actively engage with trauma injury patients, facilitating their journey toward emotional recovery and resilience.

• You will conduct thorough assessments and provide comprehensive evaluations to develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and challenges.

• Monitor patient progress through systematic follow-ups and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective coping mechanisms are established and sustained.

• Engage with medical professionals and community resources to coordinate necessary services and support systems, enhancing holistic care for patients.

• Provide education and resources to patients and staff regarding effective coping strategies for stress and trauma, promoting a culture of knowledge and shared healing.

• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Participate in continuing education courses to remain current on the latest findings and methodologies in mental health counseling, maintaining your National Certified Counselor certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
