Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health therapists at Marshall Care will primarily work with diverse individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, many of whom also present co-occurring medical conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting the importance of your expertise and commitment to patient care. Our compensation package is complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
